What we collect

• Account details — name, email and/or phone number, and profile photo if you sign in with Google.
• Participation — event RSVPs, volunteer shift sign-ups, logged volunteer hours, and table reservations at MSFR HQ.
• Content you submit — videos you upload for review, review notes and replies, and answers to forms you fill out.
• Donation records — when you donate, staff record the donor name, amount, and fund for bookkeeping.

What we use it for

Running MSFR's programs and events: knowing who's coming, coordinating volunteers, reviewing submitted videos before anything is posted publicly, and keeping honest records. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Authentication) on Google Cloud servers located in the western United States. Google acts as our processor; access on our side is limited to MSFR staff with explicitly granted roles.

Videos

Videos you submit are visible to MSFR staff for review, along with any notes shared with you. If a video is approved and posted, it appears on MSFR's public social channels. Ask us any time to take a submission down.

Your choices

• You can see and update your profile in the member portal.
• You can delete your account from the portal (bottom of the page) — this removes your sign-in and profile record.
• For removal of past content (videos, form answers, participation records), email info@msfr.ca and we'll take care of it.
